Return Policy

Items (excluding livestock) may be returned within 90 days of purchase

  • You must present a valid photo ID
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
  • Seasonal and clearance items will not be accepted
  • With receipt:  Refund in form of original method of payment
  • Without receipt: Items may be exchanged or receive a STORE CREDIT valued at the last promotional price of the item.
  • Defective items under manufacturer’s warranty may be exchanged (with receipt) at any time during the warranty period.

  • We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover + American Express
  • B&B Pet Stop GIFT CARDS – our gift cards NEVER expire and never lose value.

Animal & Fish Guarantee

We offer a 14 day “NO FAULT” guarantee on EVERY animal we sell.
That way – NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS WE take 1/2 the responsibility & YOU take 1/2 the responsibility.

Here’s How It Works:

Within the first 14 days, if you are dissatisfied with your new pet for ANY reason (or if it should die), B&B Pet Stop will replace that pet at HALF the purchase price.
If you do not wish to replace the animal, we will issue a STORE CREDIT for HALF the purchase price.
You must bring the animal and your register receipt to the store within 14 days.
In the event of FISH DEATH, you must have your register receipt, the fish body, and a sample of your aquarium water in a separate container
