SERVICES PROVIDED:

over 80 gallons: $60.00 + $0.70 per gallon*
One visit per month:
$60.00 (base charge) + $0.35 per gallon*
One Time Visit - No
Contract: $60.00 (base charge)

Saltwater
SERVICES PROVIDED:
- Partial water change if necessary
- Water replaced with R/O water - mixed with high quality
marine salt
- Test water for ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, pH, calcium,
and phosphate
- Check and adjust salinity
- Clean substrate
- Clean and adjust protein skimmer
- Clean and polish hardware (inside lighting fixtures,
exterior of filters, etc.)
- Replenish depleted essential elements (B&B Pet Stop
provides the product - daily dosed elements
excluded)
- Algae-wipe the inside of the aquarium
- Polish exterior of aquarium
- Clean all ornaments and artificial plants
- Deliver and place any pre-booked plants, fish, and
merchandise

Service Options and Contract Pricing
B&B Pet Stop can provide service to you in several ways:
ONE TIME VISIT: No contract, no obligation. This is
perfect for the busy hobbyist, a quick cleaning right before a
party, or when you're on vacation. Also, makes a GREAT gift!
CONTRACT: Here, we provide guaranteed, scheduled service
once or twice a month at a lower price. Since prices are subject
to change, contracts allow you to lock in prices for one year.
Without a contract, service is performed as time permits.
NOTE:
In order to be considered under contract, B&B Pet
Stop must have a signed agreement on file and receipt of first
and last month’s service fee. |

For our customers
under contract, we have a
90 Day FULL REPLACEMENT Livestock
Guarantee.
This guarantee is
valid as long as B&B Pet Stop maintains the aquarium, stocks
the fish on a cleaning visit, and when supplementation
and feeding are performed as directed by the maintenance
technician.
All livestock and aquarium products must be purchased
from B&B Pet Stop. ANY deviation from these terms voids this
guarantee. |
Delivery
and Complete Set-Up
Includes:
- Deliver and place tank, stand, equipment and gravel
- Ensure stand is level
- R/O water (with marine salt if necessary)
- Acclimate appropriate fish (ensure proper coral
and live rock placement for reef tanks) and
professionally aquascape
Freshwater: $60.00 (base charge) +
$0.50 per gallon*
Saltwater: $60.00 (base charge) + $0.65 per gallon*
Deluxe Delivery
and Complete Set-up includes all services listed above (standard
delivery and set-up), but may also include installation of
custom plumbing, custom lighting, custom filtration, etc. Priced
on a tank-by-tank basis

We'll Move Your Aquarium
Across the room or across town!
Fee covers:
- Safe removal, transport, and acclimation of
livestock (no guarantees on livestock survival)
- Breakdown of tank and equipment
- Set up tank and re-install equipment in
new location
- External cleaning
- Collection and transport of original
water - percent to be determined by technician (keeps tank
bacterially sound, reduces stress on livestock)
Freshwater: $60.00 (base charge) + $1.50
per gallon*
Saltwater: $60.00 (base charge) + $2.50
per gallon*

Pond and
Water Garden Service
While we do not build or install ponds, we
will install and maintain pond equipment.
Each pond will be
evaluated on a case-by-case basis. |

On-Site
Consultations
There is a
non-refundable $40.00* fee to do any on-site consultation.
Once an on-site visit and evaluation is made, the $40.00
consultation fee can be credited towards the service fee of
the next visit.
Fee covers:
- Determine services
desired
- Evaluate size and
condition of aquatic environment
- Inspect equipment
- Assess needs: plants,
fish, and additional equipment
